Are your prices final?
Yes. The price shown is the final price, taxes included. No supplement on the day, unless you request something extra and agree it in advance.
How does payment work?
You pay at the end of the job, once you have approved the result. Cash, Bancontact or bank transfer accepted. No deposit at booking.
What does Premium Hygiene include, and is it included?
A professional dry steam treatment (120°C) that eliminates 99% of bacteria, dust mites and allergens, with no chemical products. It is included free with every bundle, and offered as an option at +15€ per individually ordered item. Recommended for families with children or pets.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, up to 24h before the appointment, free of charge. For a cancellation less than 24h ahead, a 25€ call-out fee may be charged.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
You tell us the same day. We come back free of charge within 7 days to redo the work. If you are still not satisfied after that second visit: you pay nothing.
