Can the quoted price go up on the day?
No, never. The price quoted online or over WhatsApp is the final price. Nothing is added during the job.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: our home visits start at €90, travel and equipment included. Since we come to you, that minimum covers the trip. The easiest way to reach it is to combine several pieces — a sofa and a mattress, say, or several seats. We are happy to advise you over WhatsApp.
Is travel charged? Do you cover my municipality?
Travel is included in the price, with no surcharge, across the whole Brussels Region, Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant. Not sure you are in our area? Send us your postcode on WhatsApp and we will confirm within minutes.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us, and we come back free of charge within 7 days to do the job again. If you're still not happy after that, you pay nothing. That's our commitment.
How soon can you come?
We are available 7 days a week, public holidays included, with evening, Saturday and Sunday slots. Depending on your municipality and the slot you want, the job can happen the same day or within a few days. Easiest route: message us on WhatsApp or book online, and we confirm the exact slot quickly.

How long before I can sit on it again?
Your sofa or couch is usable again less than 20 minutes after the job. Full drying takes a few hours depending on the fabric and the humidity in the room.
How long does the job take?
Allow 45 minutes to 1h30 depending on the size of the couch and how dirty it is. For a standard 2-seater sofa: 45 min. For a corner sofa with ingrained stains: up to 1h30. You stay in control of your schedule — we work straight through.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Nothing at all. Give the surface a quick vacuum if you can (it isn't required). We handle the rest: protecting the floor, moving the sofa or armchair if needed, cleaning. All we need is access and a water point nearby.
Are your products dangerous for my children or pets?
No — all our products are eco-labelled, hypoallergenic and biodegradable. And because we clean by injection-extraction, the solution is vacuumed straight back out of the fabric: very little residue is left, and it is safe for children and pets as soon as the surface is dry.
I am moving out — does cleaning help me get my deposit back?
Yes. A sofa, mattress or rug brought back to life before the check-out inventory avoids deductions from the deposit. We can come quickly, and you only pay once you have approved the result.
Do you work for businesses?
Yes — we work with hotels, restaurants, offices, waiting rooms and other businesses: sofas, armchairs and seating in reception areas get their look back. Contact us on WhatsApp for a tailored quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bancontact, bank transfer and cash. Payment is made after the job, once you have approved the result.
